This listing is for a wooden Black Spirit Board with butterfly design and matching planchette. Board measurements are approximately 11.75" x 8.25" (29.8cm x 20.9cm).  Planchette measurements are approximately 3.5" x 4.25" (8.8cm x 10.8cm). 

Spirit Boards are said to help contact spirit and other realms. They are commonly used for divination. Each board comes with a decorative matching planchette. 

A Spirit board is a flat board marked with the letters of the Latin alphabet, the numbers 0–9, the words "yes", "no", and occasionally "hello" and "goodbye", along with various symbols and graphics. It uses a planchette (a small heart-shaped piece of wood or plastic) as a movable indicator to spell out messages from spirits or other realms.
